One nightmare story. We took the house off the market at the end of June and went on vacation with our real estate agent (my sister) and even though the house was off the market and out of MLS, some idiot of an agent showed the house while we were on vacation. The wife and I were livid. The response from our agent (my sister) was "It happens. Don't worry." I really wish I could get a new agent... I know what it’s like for someone to show your house and not leave anything, no card, no response with your agent and no clue that they had actually been there.
